Team VICTOR Pro Member Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Team VICTOR Pro Member.. 

We’re proud to have a loyal and growing community of professional trainers, breeders, outdoorsmen and everyday adventurers who love and rely on the nutritional quality of VICTOR to fuel their dogs’ high-level performance and support the overall health. We work hard to create super premium pet nutrition for the loyal companions who are Always By Your Side, so you can feel good about the nutrition that’s fueling your companion, and can be confident in recommending it to clients, friends, and family.

Please note that VICTOR reserves the right to edit or change the terms or rules of the program, terminate membership, or terminate the Team VICTOR Pro Member Program as a whole at any time in its sole discretion. VICTOR retains all rights to program membership information, program administration, breeder starter kits, puppy kits, and qualified earnings from Team VICTOR Pro Members.  

Team VICTOR Pro Member Program Eligibility 

To be eligible for to become a Team VICTOR Pro Member, you must:

  • Live and have an established residence in the USA
  • Work as a reputable and ethical breeder, trainer, or kennel
  • Provide substantiation, documentation and /or any additional proof as needed or requested to retain membership eligibility
  • Purchase eligible VICTOR product directly from a VICTOR approved retailer
  • Be an individual who honestly views VICTOR as a high quality, nutritious pet food, and are happy to feed to the dogs in your care


Please note, the Team VICTOR Pro Member Program is not open to shelters or rescue groups at this time. VICTOR works hard to assist in many events and programs to benefit our loyal companions and their families both locally and nationally. 

Right to Terminate Membership

VICTOR Super Premium Pet Food retains the right to terminate Team VICTOR Pro Member membership should a member, or a member’s employee, volunteer, or anyone associated with their business, or the Team VICTOR Pro Member, commit:

  • An act involving any situation or occurrence which associates them into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or which shocks or offends the community or any group or class thereof, or which reflects unfavorably upon VICTOR, or reduces the commercial value of Company's association with the Team VICTOR Pro Member.
     
  • Commission of an act by Team VICTOR Pro Member that tends to shock, insult, or offend the community or any substantial portion thereof, or to offend public morals and decency to such an extent that the value of the partnership is, in the reasonable judgment of Company, substantially impaired.


Team VICTOR Pro Member Membership Details

  • Team VICTOR Pro Member membership is limited to one name per membership and one membership per U.S. household. Multiple memberships from a single household are prohibited and can result in termination of membership.
  • Providing false or misleading information to gain or maintain membership, or puppy or breeder kits that are included with membership, may result in termination of Team VICTOR Pro Member membership and potential legal action.
  • Member must update his/her profile every 12 months, providing proof of eligibility as a condition of continued membership. Those who do not update their profile may be disqualified and removed from the Team VICTOR Pro Member Program.
  • Team VICTOR Pro Members are prohibited from soliciting or reselling receipts or invoices for pet food, coupons, or breeder starter kits or puppy kits.
  • Any retail or internet sale or purchase of program materials associated with Team VICTOR Pro Member Program is a violation of Program Terms. 
  • Eligible VICTOR product is Hi-Pro Plus. Any other product is not eligible for a percentage reimbursement. 
  • VICTOR will not be involved in disputes over account ownership. Ownership an account will be considered to whoever’s name is on the account at the time of inquiry. 
  • It is the responsibility of the Team VICTOR Pro Member to monitor who has access to his/her account information and password. 
  • Submitting your Team VICTOR Pro Member Membership application acts as confirmation that you, a potential Team VICTOR Pro Member, has read and agrees to VICTOR’s Terms of Use, Team VICTOR Pro Member Terms and VICTOR Privacy Policy.


Agreeing to Maintain High Standards and Ethical Treatment for Dogs

It is the intent of VICTOR to only associate with ethical and moral professionals who to treat their dogs with high levels of care. Prospective and current Team VICTOR Pro Member members acknowledge and agree that any and all facilities they own or utilize for boarding, breeding and/or training of dogs are kept up and offer humane and good treatment to the dog they are caring for or housing. Additionally, they acknowledge and agree that they are in full compliance with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and directives of any nature relating to the housing, handling, nutrition, sanitation and humane treatment of all dogs owned, leased or otherwise held, housed and/or trained (if any). Team VICTOR Pro Member Program members, employees and/or representatives, shall, at all times, observe the highest standards of humane care and treatment of such dogs.
