VICTOR Pet Food Recall Refunds

This site should only be used by those consumers affected by the November 2023 MAPF recall who destroyed recalled pet food and who wish to receive a product refund. If you are not a member of this group, it is unlawful to utilize this site. This site may not be republished for any other use.

Please notice recall refund options have changed. Registrants must provide a valid proof of purchase to be eligible for reimbursement.

If you have a receipt as proof of purchase for any VICTOR products that were destroyed in response to the recall, you can submit your proof of purchase for reimbursement review, via the instructions below. Upon approval of the proof of purchase receipt, a check will be mailed to you.

HOW TO SUBMIT PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR REIMBURSEMENT REVIEW:
  • Print and fully complete the Registration Form linked HERE.

  • Mail in the completed form, along with a copy of your proof of purchase receipt. Please do not send your original receipt to MAPF, only a photo or a printed copy.  Please keep your original receipt. 

  • Mail to this address:

  • Ensure your letter clearly states: “Attn: Recall Refund” so it gets to the correct department.

  • The proof of purchase photo(s) submitted must meet the below stated criteria.


PROOF OF PURCHASE RECEIPT CRITERIA:
  • Must be clear & legible.

  • Must include the name of the Authorized Retailer where affected product was purchased.

  • Must include the date of the transaction (on or before November 10, 2023).

  • Must include the brand name and product name/description (i.e. VICTOR Professional 40 lb).

  • The listed product must match one of the SKUs affected by the November 2023 recall.

  • The price of product must be shown on the receipt, with sales tax. If sales tax is not shown, a rate of 10% will be assumed.

 

Please keep your original receipt until you’ve received an email confirming your registration has been received (this process could take up to 3 weeks).

Refunds are only available for product that was purchased before November 10, 2023, and are not offered for product that was previously, fully consumed. Only one registration is allowed per household. Privacy Policy can be viewed HERE.
